i am 18 this year and i think i sprained my back...nw i have problems stretching...shuld i wear a back brace/back supporter while playing?will it help?...i dunno wads it called...haha...
Yes, you should get a back supporter and go see another doctor and another and another until you find out what's wrong.
If you sprained or injuried your back,the best is to see the doctor and ask for his advise on doing highly-intenstive sport like badminton. In the mean time,don't do any sport at all. who know,you could be aggravating your current injuries.
No kidding, I don't see what is so funny. I guess if you can laugh at this, it's a positive mindset. Regarding which, whichever you believe in. Heck both. Just go see a specialist right away and stop posting about it here until you are recovered.
I think that if you use "lol" too much in instant messaging or forums, there tends to be a habit of typing it unintentionally...
Western would be better for seeing how the brace might fit into the equation, but I hear Chinese are good with rehabiliation. I suggest Western, first, though... because keep in mind that most medical in practitioners in China use the "western" approach anyway...
