what's the best racket, string an tension for that loud whippin smashin sound?? what racket does Fu Haifeng use?? or Jung jee Sung?
......well if u want the loudest whip sound ever, get a whip.. there are numerous posts in this forum that explain the relationship between flex shaft and stiff shaft , head light head heavy plus high and low tension differences, just dig into some old post or hit the serach function and u'r bound to find the info u need. knowing how things works then it depends on your own strength and technique to find the right combo that work best..
basically, swing with your arm, then at the apex of your swing, snap your wrist (this shoudl also be the time when you hit the birdie). should work, depends on the racquet how loud
snap your wrist? yeah, if you want to snap your wrist... i think you mean pronate your arm... those two commonly get confused. the wrist isn't really used much other than to vary the angle in which your racquet face will meet the cork...
I know how to smash..lol.. very fast ,, but was just interested if anybody had any information about rackets..
Head light rackets give good whip, high tension rackets also give the best whip, also BG66 or thin string gives a good whip. Merge all three together to get your whipping sound! Something like a NS8K strung with BG66/85/95 at 28lbs. ...Or you could just get a whip!
The racket you use will be minimal in the causality of sound. It's the person swinging the racket... ...if I can, tonight, I'll do a video of the NGP using an assortment of rackets and you'll hear basically the same sound from the racket.
i disagree, if you swung a carlton 4:3 and a yonex Nanospeed, the sound would be very different, especially as each string has a different sound. Have you thought about the shuttlecock also? Feather, Plastic?
I'm talking about relatively speaking, not extreme extremes. And ceteris paribus/all other things being equal. I don't know the Carlton 4:3.
