Hi All, I have moved recently to SE18 (Royal Arsenal) and trying to go for twice a week 2 hours or so session at Waterfront Leisure Centre. I saw some posts for Tuesdays evenings (dated 2004) - is it still on? Can interested junta respond to: - how are facilities in Waterfront (is court wooden or concrete, exclusive for badminton or shared with other sports?) - Active sessions - if not would you be interested in coming on a weekday/weekend I am of intermidiate level and prefer playing feathers (though open to plastics). As far as I know I think the open club sessions are still on Monday 8:30pm-10:30pm (Plastics) £4.30 non member 30p at the end towards the organiser for the shuttles Thursday 8:30pm-10:30pm (Feathers) £4.30 non member £1 at the end towards the organiser for the shuttles The courts are ok but the floor are usually very dirty and slippery, the ceilings are nice and high so you won't have a problem with that. I think they use a greenish looking floorboard which is decent.
