    Hi Devendra

To improve wrist strength I would suggest using a heavey racket there are a few on the market I have just purchased one for the 1st time I saw the site on here a few weeks back..www.strength-pro.com

I think this is one of easiest ways to strengthen your wrist arm,if you dont know what you are doing in the gym.

Hope this is of some help.

Sorry, this is completely unintelligible. Perhaps if you could re-ask the question in English, that would be nice, thanks.

When you join a gym, they should be a be to tailor an all-round program for you. However, I would recommend adding squats, lunges and calf raises if they haven't already included them to your routine. Isometric contraction exercises for working the core are also good (eg holding yourself in a press-up position for x minutes). I would also recommend dumbell exercises to strengthen the various muscles of the rotator cuff.

I suggest you read Jake Downey's geting fit for badminton book. It is free to download from his website badmintonbooks.com

A gym instructor will give you a good program, but that will not necessarily help you get better on the badminton court.

Squats and Lunges are essential for promoting the 'required muscle' growth. But regular squats with increasing weights are probably less effective than squat-jumps with less weight. Read about the specific exercises in that book, then work with your instructor so he can check and correct your form while working with weights.

Where are you from in India BTW.
