The outsoles are different and the cushioning used seems to be lighter.
I find that they're way nicer than the new SHB 90 (the old SHB 90 was good). That's one pair of shoes I'll never wear! :p

yeah, it's pretty hard to tell until you go to a shop and try them out.

Tried it on.. the shoe is definately light. Cushioning is good but support is so so. However it snug you feel comfortably. But i would still prefer the Limited version.

Master Dan can't wait :D for the new shoes. BTW, in what way is the SHB-100 less supportive? Are you comparing it to SHB-99?

Its too light until you feel clumsy. Not that there is no support. I guess the soles are not flat enought.

I like the look of the mid one better - RED ONEZ GO FASTER!!!!!!!!!

I also prefer mid height shoes as I think they give better support to the ankles, I've got dodgy ankles from twisting them during my basketball phase :p.

Won't be buying them anytime soon though, just got a pair of SHB-90 last month and some Woven rackets from jerby = absolutely broke :crying:.

As much as i want to, but i can't even get a pair for myself to use and play at the moment. Can only see and try on. Things are very restricted in Japan.

Are they as light as the old SHB-98 ?
If so, I might be tempted...
