Question badminton drills away from the badminton court with a group of friends

What are the best drills and leg work-out to do off the court while your with your friends at a park or at the basketball area near the school. Any suggestions?

You can do stuff like standing one-legged squats, lunges, footfire drills, sprinting, footwork, core body (sit-ups, holds, push-ups, that sort of thing)... and cross training is always good too!

hmm, interesting, if you mean you want to gain some foot stength i suggest you learn some drills from a coach, or someone that knows the proper drills, you can do it in your garden, along the street, not on any uphills or downhills though, its easy to fall, best are flat surfaces, less rocky places
