Just wonder if anyone had any problem with this firm ? I've ordered a Sotx woven 9A online last sunday (Jan 28) I e-mail them on Jan 31 to follow up and up to now (today Feb 4) no respond whatsoever. I started to worry. Any feedback is appreciated.
I bought from them before and it was relatively quick and painless. There have been report though of slow service because of supply issues, but they are otherwise reliable.
I just met the owner yesterday and he stated he will have stock of all rackets by late this week. So, it shouldn't be a problem.
