Mid-back Excercises

    My mid back has been totally neglected anyone have good workouts for a mid back? I know the supermans and all that stuff but I feel like it targets the lower back. Sit up perfectly straight and fire the back muscles you use to sit up straight hard. That is the muscle group I want to focus on. Its like below the shoulder blades.

    A good exercise is using the roman chair, going face down on it and straightening yourself back up. Again, primarily lower back but it will work that area too.

    Also, military press will work your upper-mid back.
