Bought a Head Metallix 8000 ( NBG-95 / 26lbs ) @ SGD150 2 weeks ago. The experience since then is awesome. Great Power and good control. Improve my game by at least 10%. Never regret getting it....

Oh no I am not; I even have evidence to prove it...

Anyways in the website they claim Airflo5 is G5 & has tapered handle, the ones that I bought is nothing like that. Mine is G3 & the handle is not tapered. I like the racket because it is very light(79 grams) & the shaft is medium flex which helps my "wristy" game a lot. I have 3 of those & absolutely love 'em......

Someone knows anything about Airflow 3? A girl from my club needs a new racket and asked me for recommendation. She plays mix doubles and singles.

I played yesterday using my Head Metallix 8000. hmm.. so far, my plays improved. i've got more control of the bird, a more powerful smash, easy return on smashes - very maneuverable racket, better clears & more importantly, my wrist doesn't hurt anymore!! but i'm still trying to adjust with my new racket. by the way, its with BG68Ti, 25lbs.

I tried the whole HEAD Metallix range and all feels good.
Here is my review.
M10000 Head heavy more suited for doubles
M8000 even balance and especially good for singles but the alternative for doubles if M10000 is too heavy to handle
M6000 Head heavy,slightly lighter compared to M10000
M4000 Even balance and an alternative to M8000
M2000 Even balance and entry level for the Metallix range

I'm really keen to give these a shot. They seem very competitive price-wise.
Anyone got any more experience with the Metallix 8000 Tour?
