    Hello all.

I wish to purchase a new racquet, it's about time and I've decided to go with the Nanospeed 8000 as my friend has it and I play rather well with it.

I think I've made the right choice, and haven't had the chance to test the MP99, so I'm wondering how they compare? I'm an attacking doubles and singles player.

I'm 13 and am at county level. My first racquet was a Prince TT whisper 81, which served me well for the days when I was defending myself.

But it's come to the point where I can't get any power with it or clear it. (It was factory strung).

I tried my friends at 23lbs, which I expect would be about right for me, I haven't got used to it which would explain a few mishits and not using my potential power.

Anyway, is 23lbs about right for me? I'm pretty strong and from the reviews I think the BG80 would suit me best.

Or maybe even 24lbs to cover the loosening of strings. And I've never broken a string, so that isn't a problem!

    Any suggestions appreciated, thanks. :)

P.S - I have searched but would like to ask several questions - ta.

Start out at 24lbs. and see what happens. You can't go wrong with BG80.

Thanks. I'm sure that'll do nicely. I'm not planning on re-stringing so when it loosens a tad it'll be fine. Plus I don't hit anywhere near as hard as the men do, so it wont restringing anywhere near as often as other people.

I think that the BG80 will do me well.

    Thanks again. :)
