    HI,

Just wondering which string tension th Yonex AT800 ad AT300 are strung at when manufactured. And what string is the regular string for AT300? Because i bought mine new and BG-80 were on it, i thought Bg-65 was the standard? I might be wrong though.

    Hi Gustaff,

In North America, Japan and Taiwan (that is all I know), AT800 should come with frame only and the shop usually sting BG65 (because it is cheaper) at you requested tension as a service. As for me, if a player does not request any tension for AT800 (of or df), I strung it at 20lb main and 22lb cross to get a mid tension feeling. So if you are not sure of what tension you should start on your AT800 or At300, try the mid recommended tension as a start. Adjust up or down when you restring it next time of you don't like it.

    Master Steven,

The Force is strong with you. You take the middle road, not too high and not too low.

    Moderation is the key...

Just like the little blue pill, right amount will bring pleasure. Too much will cause heart attack...

oh.. all right.. but AT300 doesn't come frame only, right? So actually my main question is, what is the manufacturing tension of AT300?

Please look it up on the cone of the racquet. The recommended tension should be 19-24lb and 21lb should be a good start.
