    Hi,

I did a small surgery, soon two weeks ago, and i haven't been able to practise, and I wondered what i should start practising this tuesday when I have removed the stitches. In matter of technique, not running or anything :p

well you prolly should just clear with someone for a bit until you are warmed up. Then just practice all your shots and play some minigames or something.

Yeah I think to begin with (after a warmup) maybe have a few hits with someone and get a feel for the shuttle again. Shouldn't take too long. And then practise whatever you feel needs improvement I guess (as I haven't seen you play I can't really comment!).

Agreed, nothing too strenuous. You could work on technique of tough shots... dropshots (slow, quick, slice, brush) and various net shots, lifts, etc., working on being able to move the bird around the court consistently and accurately from a static position.
