i just got my mp100 with bg66 ~ 25lbs, i got 6 sweetspot smashes and it snapped. What strings arer good with the 100 for alot of power and durability.

BG66 is a poor choice if you are a hard hitter simply because the strings break so often. BG80 is very nice; I find it has a good compromise between cost and durability. BG80 also has good repulsion and feel at the net making it my current string of choice. Now, if I could only get my feet to move... .

Ashaway isn't a big enough brand for people to want to fake their stuff. Thin strings are preferred by that part of the world, so ashaway produce thinner variant of their strings for that market.

I strung mine with BG 68ti @ 30lbs and it's good stuff once it loosens down to 28lbs. Next time I'll just string it to 28lbs
