Is it open to public and no only BC from this forum?
BTW, the time is only 9-4, is it posible to finalist the winner.
I mean, sure there's quarter final, semi and final. All within the same day?

Weather the Quarter Final, Semis or Final will be within the same day will be decided when we receive all the applications. If too many people join.. the tournament might be stretched into 2 or 3 weekends. It depends on how many people join.
