:D My wrist and fingers crack a lot. And i mean a lot. Even if I'm just changing the position of it, it cracks sometimes. Its very distracting during games because with every swing, theres like 2 cracks. Does anyone know any ways of reducing the cracks? ( and does cracking your fingers make your fists bigger?)

no I believe it, but its just really annoying cracking and it doesn't seem normal. By the ways, my doctor's a turd. Once there was this girl who broke her leg, and the first thing he did to her was shake the broken leg.

Cracking your knuckles isn't bad for you. It just becomes a bad habit. I mean it doesn't really help any if you haven't started to crack your fingers before. But once you start, you'll need to keep on doing it to keep your fingers from feeling stiff ''^^.

Only consequence of cracking your fingers is you lose a little grip power, but unless you plan on shot putting in the olympics I wouldn't worry about it.

they've proven that cracking fingers or toes or other joints is not bad at all. the cracking or poping sound is the results of the release of some gas between the joints, i believe it's nitrogen but don't quote me on this. :D

i do know that some people find it annoying, and i try not to do it around them, if they mention that it makes them feel spooked (especially when i do it using my neck!).

Cracking joints without pain = not harmful, no arthritis
Cracking joints with pain = problem... arthritis? tendinitis?

Ayame, if your joints are cracking while you play, then your grip and your stroke may be incorrect.
The best way to play badmintn is to practice the basic correct stroke and motion. It seems easy, but it's harder than it sounds. Badminton is a highly technical game.
