    why don't you email them?

i did more than 5 times now throughout roughly 5 month, no response

but i do hear people here order from them occasionally so maybe they only respond when I put my money out!

why would you want to buy from a retailer who do not respond to email inquiries? i'd avoid them and go somewhere else.

well, ive been to their physical store so i know at least they exist in real life and sells legit product. Also quite a few members here have talked about it.

but thx for the advice kwun i'll keep looking for alternatives

shopping in Canada is killing me here. At least 14% custom tax for goods coming in from foreign countries. Good prices within the country gets ruined with shipping prices as i live on the far east end of Canada where there are almost no badminton resources. Even Canada's own Black Knight brand is constantly short in stock in my area.

hehe.. i guess it's already time to take out those red envelops from new years and put them to good use.

weird, i bought shoes from them like a month ago and they emailed me more than i expected (they didnt have the shoe size for me, and then they emailed again saying they received it and that i should be receiving it.). i would buy from them again and the shoe box came inside a box filled with soft paper. i also bought from their actual store too.
