    Why not?

    Hey DP,

I was thinking of not playing in this year's tournament as I have been injured and pretty much dormant for the last few months...
But if my partner asks for it, why not!
The closing date is 10 Apr.

Thanks for the invitation 'C grade doubles' and if you don't mind playing with a handicap like me... :p

See you at CCC and we will talk more about this.
We better start playing as a pair more often then.

    Cheers,
    Fuji

Info from Gary Grierson: Extending closing date of CBA Tournament 2007

    Hi Fuji_ & DoublesPlease,

    Gary Grierson informed me this;

Just a quick reminder --- Central's tournament is on at the end of the month -- 28th and 29th April. -- We've extended the closing date to Friday 13th April so you still have time to get an entry in.

    Cheers... chris@ccc

I am joining Doubles with Andrew Wong

Hey guys, Great to hear that CCC is sending representatives to the CBA tournaments end of this month. Andrew Wong and myself will join the doubles, C grade. At first I thought we can't send our entry on time but looking at Chris's reply saying that the closing date has been extended has been a relieve. We will send our entry on Tues, 10 Apr. I will PM Andrew to inform him. See you guys at the next session. Cheers, BK

hey did you guys play the central graded??
i played in the open event in actually did better then i thought i might have.
it was only my 2nd open tournament and i won my first round singles then got killed by jeff tho(as expected), and then in the doubles, me and my partner (both of us juniors) took hung and andrea to 3, though i hink they may have been going abit easy, but still, i was happy.
    how did you guys go??

    It's all your fault...

    Aiyah... :crying: So unlucky... :crying:

After you left, DP and I lost the second game 16-21.
We won the 1st game 21-17(+/- 1) and the third game 21-3.

3 teams in our pool all lost 1 game. It all came down to score/points difference. We just missed out and came 2nd place . We beat the team that went into the semis...
They were the 'father/son' team. Anyway, I am happy for them, they are really nice sporting men...

Anyway, DP and I are blaming you... "It's all fault!" :p

Talk to you more tomorrow. BTW. I need to go visit Alan to get some 100 plus...

    Cheers,
    Kee
