    Hey guys,

Just finished having lunch with an old friend of mine; he's a hair stylist now.

I was telling him about how I was getting back into badminton and such, and the subject of his trade came up in our conversation...

You would think that, oh you go in for a hair cut, or trim... for most guys its rather simple, your barber, or stylist will take their electric clippers, and or shears to your head, and voila you're done.
For most women, it takes quite a bit more work... since i'm not female i wont go into specifics, that is not the point of this post.

I asked my friend about the tools of his trade... it came down to the basics... one of which was the shears they use... I said to him... that is a "tool" are there certain levels of quality that they look for as well?

As with badminton, you look for quality of your "weapons of mass destruction" (read racquets).
As with other trades such as, Smithing or automotive technicians, you also look for quality in the tools you buy & use...

So I got curious, and decided to look up some more information...
I now present this link to you...
Before I link... all I can say is, my jaw still hurts from hitting the ground so hard... :(

    Cheers!!

I'm old, but i'm not that old hahaha.

Knives are ok, same with swords and the ilk... that does not surprise me so much... because some of them have collector's value...

I dont see so many people collecting scissors or shears :p

Your hair must cost alot to use that kind of scissors to cut it.
