DSLRs at All England
Some BFer's said before at All England, the audience cannot take dSLRs into the stadium.
I've just seen a person in the 3rd of 4th row with a 70-200L (I think the 2.8 version.
Hope he can post the pics up on BF!

Just saw him again. He's in the 2nd row with a monopod. Hope security aren't watching him.

I phoned them earlier in the week to check (when I was still thinking about going) and they said
"you can take small cameras in (like compact or mobile phone) , but not big ones or 'professional' ones"

Ants,
this is what Alaric wrote in another thread
When I was there on Sunday we were told that you weren't allowed to take photos and that if you were caught taking them you might be thrown out!

On the tickets it states no video, or photograpic equipment of any sort is permitted within the stadium.

All England prohibit people to take pictures in the arena even without Flash!!! I think they are the strictest among all tournaments. But if you can pass the security at the front door with your DSLR in your bag, then you can take pictures secretly in the arena. Not many people can do that.
Hence, there are always privilege to be an official.
