Which racquets break easily?

Just wondering which racquets break easily... whether it be a clash or just somehow breaks on its own. How durable are the top Yonex racquets? For example, Ti-10, Ti Swing Power, MP-100 and so on... Any comments would be appreciated.

I've heard that the MP-77 is a very fragile racquet. Not sure of any others though. The Ti-5 Light is also fairly breakable.

Josh, please don't spread unfounded rumours around. Don't accept everything you "hear" as the truth. Some people might find that very annoying, and in the end what you say will be automatically disregarded. Just a word of friendly advice.

    MP77 is solid!

I agree with yogi that the MP77 is a solid racquet compared to the MP100.
I broke an MP100 before, so I know how they compare.
FYI I broke my MP100 after stringing it at 26lbs.
I string my MP77 at the same tension and it is holding up just fine. :)

    I agree

It's getting pretty annoying everytime he recommends a Black Knight racket in almost every "racket" post he replies to!

I dunno about the MP 77 but the MP 100 works fine for me!!
I've always strung it at 25lbs and it's still going strong after 5 months!
There's a Ti 10 in my bag but I've rarely used it.

I think the MOST fragile racket manufactured by Yonex has got to be the Iso Slim 10. All it took was 1 clash at the 12 o'clock position and it has warped slightly. That's TERRIBLE IMO.....

and I dun think racket will break on their own...... do they??

    Peace

While I admit that the very same thought had crossed my mind, I sure didn't mean to be the instigator of some general "Josh-bashing" here. True enthusiuasm is a rare guest, and should be welcomed I guess...

Anyway, let's no dwell on this anymore. Let's move on!

    Peace.
