My prediction on MS (winners list first)

Lin Dan vs Andrew Smith: cant see an upset here.

Bo Chun Lai vs Sony Dwi Kuncoro: a close match but BCL should prevail.

Simon Santoso vs Ronald Susilo: although I'm delighted RS win over LCW, but I donot think he can contnue his form. Prove me wrong please, Ronald!

Chen Yu vs Joachim Peasson: should be a easy win for the on form CY.

Kenneth Jonassen vs Lee Tsuen Seng: KJ should pull through this one and set up nicely a all-Danes quarter final with PG.

Peter Gade vs Roslin Hashim: PG need to redeem himself after the dissapointment in AE.

Shoji Sato vs Chetan Anand: the Japanese has a slight edge.

Chen Jin vs P.Wacha: probably the most lop-sided match in this round.

Peter Gade has a legendary poor record against Roslin. Even so, it is quite difficult to see him losing.
Simon v Ronald and Bao v Sony will be very close.

Gade and Roslin, heh I guess it's two oldies here facing each other. Anyway, I agree with your predictions, but Ronald may indeed create an upset.

Let's don't write off LTS's chance to create another upset as KJ was almost beaten by the lower-ranked Sairol in Rnd 1.

I'm hoping Sony's close game against Lin Dan wasn't just a one off sort of thing. If he plays like that again he should have a chance at beating Bao. Also hope Ronald can keep it up!

Sony vs BCL (15.20 local time/21.20 WIB)
The unconvincing BCL against high-spirit Sony. Both of them played about 1 hour yesterday, will be tough match today. Hope Sony win!

    Simon vs Ronald (20.40/02.40 WIB)
A well-improved Simon to try 'giant-killer' endurance, be the best Simon!

"Legendary poor record" I don't know about that as it is only 4:5 for Peter Gade against Roslin.

Something that's legendary bad would be his record against Lin Dan (9-1)!
