Hi there, I am in exactly the same situation, I played a few years ago and want to get back into it but my fitness levels aren't what they were. I moved to Portsmouth from London 2 years ago so I don't know too many people down here, hence this post. I would be more than up for a game sometime if anyone is up for it it. I could probably do most nights this week after 8. If you know of any clubs as well, please let me know. Cheers Dave

i have just started playing badminton last year in portsmouth with my house mates and have been looking other challenges. wrote in this part of the forum a couple of times to look for other players on this forum to see the standard etc... what level are/were you at?
Can you help? A rusty average player looking to start playing regularly again (at least once a week, maybe twice) - any ideas?
