Does anyone know a good place for buying BG65 reels for delivery to UK ? I am looking for a good price on 1000m. mybadmintonstore had the best price I know but they no longer have stock. I contacted them, and it doesn't appear that they will restock any time soon.

I am beyond the need for WD40. I find all strings can be made powerful using the magic words Tension, Tension. This is why BG65 is such a powerful string worth buying lots of.

If you find your yellow Ti-10 a bit lacking in the power department, I'd suggest you give your thin BG66 a copious squirt of WD40.

    try W & D strings - www.watdon.com
phone them on 01580 752972 as they don't put much of their product range on their website

then why bg65?...there must be something cheaper, or thicker (more durable: cheaper)
like ashaway rally 21....at 15 lbs a lifetime supply would be roughly 10 packs;)

if I were you I'd just mail every baddyshop in the UK askign for either a 1000m roll...or 3-4 200m rolls..and see who goes lowest

    Low Emission Application

but it would be less wasteful than spraying wd40 and wipe. With a drum full, he can soak several reels of bg65 as long as necesary, like those chinese lizard tonic medicine;) CD6 can make back the money from selling 'pre-soaked' strings according to his recipe.

Cos BG65 has the best combination of durability, customer recognition, value for money, and abundance supply.

I have already secured a life time supply of MLXL for my own use. The BG65 is for restringing jobs.

No, no. WD40 is no secret at all, as I have already shared in the string mod thread. String power on the other hand, is a top, top secret. If you are willing to explore outside of the cage Yonex placed you in, perhaps you may find the secret for yourself. But then again, you may not. I stumbled upon the secret by accident. It took me a couple of times falling over it to realise what it was. :)

    I am busy stringing Wonger47's MP-99 :D.

    I can't imagine pre-soaked strings . . . :p

Speaking of missing person, where is Master Dan?
