I think I get it now,
I searched for 上海体育 (shanghai sport) in TVAnts,

and nwo ahve commercials with this logo in the left-up corner: http://onlinetvstreaming.com/images/shanghai-sports.jpg (the weird thingy)

in how many hours is it starting?

couldn't find, but as with all thigns written in chinese/ 'Blocks' (as my comp displays them) that's probably my fault

EDIT: all I'm seeing now is F1 racing and some chiense guys talking (one is rather chubby...)
