I'm going to Beijing next month and wondering if someone could tell me where is a good place to play around Chaoyang District? Also, where can I go to buy genuine Yonex equipment?

    Thank you

Anyone want to play at the Kerry Center Hotel? I'll be here until May 8. There are 4 courts for rent 100 RMB/hour. Open 6AM to 11 PM. Address: 1 Guang Hua Road, Chao Yang District

It's convenient. I don't mind renting the court. My level is around B in the U.S. I don't know if that helps. I play better single than double.

hey I was wondering if there are any air-conditioned courts that I can rent here in beijing? I live at the end of line 1 subway at siwai but basically can go anywhere in the city... thanks! As to the courts at Kerry centre, can non-guests rent them? Since it's at the Kerry centre, maybe it's air-conditioned?

You don't have to stay at the hotel to rent the court. I'm not sure if it's air conditioned or not but when I was there it felt fine. You can call the hotel and ask them. http://www.shangri-la.com/beijing/kerrycentre/en/
I'll be in Beijing again middle of June let me know if you'd like to play.

I think it's cement floor with some green stuff coating on the top, kind of like tennis court surface. It's not rubber mat. I have picture of the court, email me if you are interested. n_kiatttinant@hotmail.com

To play there you have to call the fitness center to reserve a court but be sure to arrange to have someone there to play with you otherwise you will waste 100RMB.

I once played with nkiattin in Kerry Center, the court is very good. And it's convenient to get there by No. 1 subway.
BTW, I don't know siwai station. Do you live at east end of No. 1 subway or west end?
