The powerblade tour will most likely be genuine whereas there is no yonex racquet by that name so it will be a fake. Go with the carlton in this case.

The NC Tuff 9 is indeed a new racket on the yonex line. It is basically a downgraded version of the materials used in NS series. Personally, I like the Powerblade Tour over the NC. Don't let the price of the Carlton fool you into believe that their rackets aren't top of the line.
ah ok, i havnt really been keeping up with the cheaper end of the yonex market, thought it was another of those yonex ncode fakes that have been about (http://cgi.ebay.ca/Yonex-Armortec-n...0QQihZ001QQcategoryZ20871QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem) I would also go for the powerblade in this case, the carltons represent some real value for money with the last generation racquets (powerblades and airblades)
