I'm wondering what fixed clamps I should/could get for my machine.
I have an Alpha Revo on the way, and I held back on badminton fixed clamps. They are much more important for tennis so I kept the tennis ones and I've always used flying clamps to great success so temporarily being without them seemed alright to me.
The main reason I held back is because I thought there may be other options out there. After all, most machines are similar in size and the fixed clamp is just a metal rod secured by the base, no real mechanism.
Does know of other badminton fixed clamps other than Alpha's that fit, and would recommend me?

I guess you're moving away from the LF machine to something quicker? Business must be good =) I'm sure you'll be able to find a buyer fairly quickly for your laserfibre if you were to ever switch machines....

And remember to saw off both ends like what Master Dan did to his Eagnas . Afterward, move the tensioner closer to the frame.

Can't complain. The Laserfibre took about 5 minutes to get a buyer, literally!
Business was pretty good although for the moment, I'm being rather selective about who I string for due to the extremely tight schedule I have. Taking on the responsibility of being the captain and coach of the school team is quite demanding. I merely string for myself and friends just to help out I guess. We all have the peace of mind that no funny business is going on with our racquets. I'm changing the machine mainly for the supports rather than the speed. I mean stringing for a year and a half, I've developped some pretty consistent stringing technique but you never know what you get sometimes. Sometimes the racquet comes out perfect, sometimes ridiculously warped sometimes in between. Luckily I haven't broken anything but then again I've been extremely careful because I didn't feel secure. The added speed and easier prestringing was also attractive.
Can you guys give more details about this moving the tensioner business? I doubt it'll work for me since I also do tennis, but I'd like to know.
Back on topic, I can't really seem to find much difference between all these fixed clamps. Maybe they're quite similar in quality. The only difference is the Eagnas ones. They have that nice rounded shape. Is it purely for aesthetics or is there more to it?

Eagnas tried to copy Babolat's rounded side but quality is night and day.
In terms of moving the tensioner, it might work. You need time to work out a blue print and lots of modification involved: include sawing off both ends of the new turntable like Master Dan and installing the LF tensioner on the new machine . . . etc.
Yeah, the ECO version doesn't have a central support so variation is a lot more than the TT.

Bad experience with Eagnas
I recently had a bad experience with Eagnas. I simply asked them for an owner's manual because the new machine didn't come with one. In return i was shocked to hear she called an idiot. So i sent her a very nasty email ( uncensored email upon on request ). Here is the back and fore email.

Before we boughted the Eagnas machine, we had heard good things about the machine and bad things about the service after. Now i know why, all i'm asking for is an owner's manual. ( Each new machine should come with one ).

I have a problem. The string keeps popping on me. Granted it is a .66 mm Ashaway MP, but I don't think it should be breaking on me. I broke 3 packs in total, I know I should've tried with cheaper string but I don't want to string and then have to restring, plus I've used a crank before and I know how to string, I don't know why.
First time I had everything prestrung and it popped on the second or third main to the right. Then I figured maybe the fixed clamps were too tight and clipped the string. I spent a good while adjusting the fixed clamps so that they wouldn't flatten the string while holding it at 30lbs. The very last tie-off main going through B10 popped twice.
