Well hopefully the title caught your eye.

HOw just using my bare hands would i test the flexibility of a racquet, i mean i guess i see how far it can easily bend but do i do it from handle to the end or from the handle to the end of the shaft or from both ends of the shaft. And how easy should it bend for different stiffness

It can be misleading. In general, the best way is to hit with the racket.

stiffness in badminton racket's really mess with my brain. I also play hockey so when i compare a really flexible stick to an extra stiff badminton racket, the hockey stick is still way stiffer by a lot. the way i take it now is just that stiff and extra stiff racket's are for me cause i'm more offensive based and pretty strong

try bending the racquet, and measure how much it bend before it break, the more stiff the racquet is, the less it bend.
