Comparing by the specification, CAB-23 is better. But I don't like both.

I've never tried the Cab 23 but the MP55 is exceptional

There is no right answer to your question...

Some players will prefer the one..

Other players will prefer the other..

and some players will benefit from the one..

while other players will benefit from the other..

An example.. a player with a well developed technique and rapid racket movement may benefit from a racket which is a little bit heavier than the alternative.. that will give the player an edge of power in smashes, while it will slow the racket movement some...

Therefore.. if you will decide which racket to use.. try them both out.. and pick the one you like..
