where to grip backhand?

    where do you grip your racket when your doing a backhand clear or smash?on the bottom, middle or top?thank you!

    middle for me... i rarely ever have to grip the racket at the bottom the the grip because I have pretty good power ....

    so for me middle.... I use fingers,wrist, arm and right hand body side for power... still can't beat this backhand though:

    for midcourt backhand drive, I find it`s best to grip some where near the top. For backcourt, I prefer to grip at the middle - slightly towards the bottom. I never grip right at the bottom for backhand, because my swing speed will be reduced - but maybe it`s just me. Hope this helps.
