the 65ti is a durability string, but i've heard a lot of accounts where it loses tension, fails to perform, and ultimately loses face.

power strings are usually thinner (thinnest is 0.66 mm), such as bg-66 or bg-80. I think the bg-65ti is about 0.70mm. keep in mind that the thinner the string becomes, the less durabilty it has.

as well, if you string at a higher tension, you don't really gain that much power. you just get more control, and a smaller sweet spot.

you already choose best combination between racket and string:)
from my experience bg-65ti is the best for smash and hard hitter, maybe now the new generation is nbg-95.
You have the same style like me before now, 70% jump smash but i'll do drop shot to make oppenent lift up the shuttle.

id try out the nanogy 95 strings mate. they are supposed to be durable and from experience when i used a racket strung with nanogy 95 it had very good repulsion also.

i have two racquets with nanogy 95 and they are pretty good. first set broke in a month but that was because i used it a lot during that month (roughly 5 times a week)

it is apparently designed with durabilty and power in mind, but the biggest drawback is its price. it is about $15 USD

u got a good combo already, same as lin dan.

to fix the tension loss problem, go up 3-4 lbs more. Once stabilized, the tension will come down to your desired tension:) 3u at700 can handle 26 lbs no prob., if strung correctly

65power sound like good alternative too.

23lbs from losing tension is not the same w/ 23lbs fresh strung.:)
On losing tension you already lost multiple string core due to creep and lost properties. Which one is more powerful?? off course the new one.:)

dont get the 65ti. mine was okay on the first 3 or so times playing but after that the tension droped and the string just felt terrible, I got bg 85s and now its better.

BG75 Ti is a good string that can transfer your power the best. However, it tend to lose tension fast. Though BG80 do not have the same power, I still prefer BG80 due to longer maintainence of tension.

use BG-80, t's the string i swear by, it's been the one and only string I've been using for the four year I've been playing seriously..... great power with decent to good durability and great repulsion

i ll say bg 65 is more than enough. its cheap and very reliable. it may not be as tough as bg 65ti but i feel it out do bg 65ti in term of control n slicing. it holds the string tension better than bg 65ti though. bg 68ti is an excellent string for control, feel and power. 2 bad it snaps really fast.

Depends how often you want to visit the stringer, you could get more power, you could get more durability

Ashaway MLXL and MPXL has the best power and durability.
String it at 28/30lbs and you get both.
