The Us (weight class) and the Balance of the racket (i.e. head-light, head-heavy and even balance) are 2 seperate characteristics of the racket. So there is a possibility of having a 4U (80-84g) and a head-light balance racket.
Probably because light+headlight=very low amount of feel or power, even with faster swing speed? I'm assuming that's why the Nano Speed series comes in 3U and 2U only. It's more of a compensation for weight feel.
hi all, actually, yonex do have 4U racquets.... http://www.yonex.com/badminton/products/armortec.html
Kason Carvel, Lepton, Legrity are all 5U head light rackets. Kimoni 99sp is also 5U racket. There are many 5U headlight 77g racket in the world, you just have to look for it.
The OP asked for 4U headlight, not 4U head heavy... Agreed with the others, you may not be able to find 4U head light in YY range, unless mp88 is headlight in 4u Master Viper has some good suggestions there... but why would you want a racquet so light?
Here are my experiences playing with a light racket. 1. Improves defense. Want to be unbeatable, a good defense makes a good offense. 2. Ever play against someone who is weaker, slower, a beginner, or a smasher? Using a head light racket is a way to give your weaker opponent some advantage and an opportunity for you to practice defense. 3. Light rackets can help increase your reaction time, especially in smash return. 4. I can still smash very well with a light racket, fast enough to keep my opponents on their feet.
Understood, but equally so, I can defend, and attack just as well with a heavier 2u frame... different strokes for different folks I guess Thank you Master Viper.
