I have this pair and personally I'm one of those individuals that don't like it very much. For badminton it's kind of unstable for me as it feels higher off the ground compared to the yonex and generic typed shoes (ie victor, fleet, etc). To me it feels basically more like a pair of joggers with gummed soles. I think it's the asics base model at the moment so its not too bad I guess.

Agree i found it doesn't have enough ankle support, but as i kept using them i found it indirectly strengthens my ankles and you get use to it. You sacrifice ankle support for mobility and cushioning. By the way all three colours (All grey, all red and silver blue) available at the shop at Queensway for $81.

I just noticed...if you look closely at the "hyper rush" shoes on the japanese website for Asics and you look at the Gel Blade....they look the same..so I guess they're the same shoes, with different colours and different names.

The shoes on the rack indicate S$105.
