    Default Hair-do and Malaysian athletes.

Based on my observation, hairstyling shows confidence in Malaysian athletes and in a way it does affect the athletes’ performance but sad to say not in a good way.

    BOWLING

    - During 1998 Commonwealth game at Kuala Lumpur, some of Malaysian female bowlers used a combination of blue, red, white and yellow coloring mousse on their hair. The outcome from them is not as glaring as their hair-do.

    HOCKEY

    - Malaysian men hockey team creating a history after advancing to finals during ASIAN Games 2010 at Guangzhou. They won the semi-final against India but lost in the final against Pakistan after doing a “fancy bald theme” or “bald and beautiful” haircut. Bald with pony tail, bald with lines, bald like B.A in A-team, bald like Brazilian Ronaldo, bald bla bla, and so on.

    FOOTBAL

    - Spiky is one of the most liked and popular hairstyle for Malaysian footballer. Good thing is they never ever puncture the ball when doing flying header but they themselves always ‘puncture’ most of the times.

    BADMINTON

    - KKK hairstyle and his performance had been widely discussed here on BC. And now, I am looking forward to see how hairstyling effects Malaysia very owns badminton princesses performance on court.

Look at the mighty Chinese players who sweep all the titles before them.
Do any of them do anything weird like this? No, they don't.
Proving once and for all that changing hair-colours/styles will not help you win.

Auburn?! You must be a heaistylist or you dyed your own hair to be able to call out the name of the hair dying.

I don't care too much about hairstyling and colour. Mine will be black untill it turn white. To me, they are pro, they must perform. This is what Malaysian care about.

Lose in style? Not in my dictionary. You lost, you have no style. You still can earn respect if you play well but lose out , but you have no style.

You want sytle? You must win to get style.

Yeah I vividly remember Misbun Sidek 's poney hair do in the early 80s. Phew.............. N years ago! Bring back the memory make me feel a little old! Perhaps younger generation badminton fans in Malaysia don't know what are we talking about.

KKK and WKW should learn from misbun about hair styling. Misbun was very advance at that time in terms of hair styling.

I think they will be unbeatable in local circuit for a period of time since no other pairs come close to their standard.

Yeah I hope they aim big. If they can beat the 2 chinese pairs. The can beat the world. It is now all up to them to keep improving their skills. Keep studying their opponents because their opponents will keep studying them.
