I searched "yonex badminton rackets" on Ebay and I see all these MP99, MP100, NS7000, NS8000, etc for extremely low prices??? This person zoro666588 is selling AT800, NS7000, and NS9000 at a "BUY IT NOW" price for $20 (USD) each. Another thing is that the sellers are all from China, so I really doubt they're really genuine yonex rackets. Shipping is like $30 worldwide. Anybody know about these "great deals" on yonex rackets from Ebay?

You can answer ur own question. Do you think they are real?

Remember, there's hardly (I did not say no) free lunch once it comes to business. The so-call "90% off discount" smells very fishy already. If you think you hit the jackpot, go ahead, mostly that's the beginning of a nightmare.

    So cheap = so fake.

The rackets are probably mass produced in China from one mold. So whether you're paying for $80 for a NS9000 or $20 for an AT250 (or whatever), you're getting the same (crappy) racket but with a different paint job.

    Stay away... stay far away...

I do wonder how legit ebay sellers like tum98 manage to sell their rackets so relatively cheap, and by relatively i mean to the ones sold in the US/CA.

99.99% discount  :D :p . That's considered a bargain purchase option as one of the factors in determining the nature of the lease :p. Ok, no more accounting lingo. Yes, very humonguous discount = one very fake or broken racket.

Their rackets are usually with Asian distribution code, namely SP, TH, etc. In most asian regions, the operating cost is way lower than the western world. You can hire an engineering for less than US$5000 per year in CHN, so how much you think if you just hire a high school student? Also, different nations charges different duty tax, therefore, the price varies.

Other factors might including bulk orders. We as individual buyers, might only purchase 1 or 2 rackets. The business firms can easily order 100-200 in 1 shot. I am pretty sure the difference will be huge. ;)
