Hey I'm new to badminton, so I don't know where to find a solution, or if there is one. When ever I play in gym, at least once my racket comes flying out of my hand and smacks the gym floor really hard. I think this is because either a.) My hands are too big or b.) The grip is really small. I've tried all the different rackets in the gym selection and all of them feel to small. I don't know if there is anyway to build up the grip. Can someone help me?

You buy an overgrip/replacement grip and grip over the racquet handle

Are there like badminton specific overgrips or can I use Wilson Pro, tournagrip, etc?

Thanks. I have tons of those around my house, and since my highschool tennis season is almost over, I can use them on something :)

Tennis overgrips are fine for badminton, just cut down the extra length, if you don't need that long. Pick the ones u feel comfortable with, and use it. If 1 layer still feels small, 2 layers can improve for sure. ;)
