1) i change brands to try different types. not particularly stuck with any one brand though. i use: Karakal something... Hi Qua something... Pro something... (not much help i know) 2) usually last 10 training days normal, sweaty training/games 5 days.
Right now i'm using a really thin babolat overgrip, it's amazing. It's really tacky, and get even more tacky when wet. It's by far better than the yonex supergrip. The grips also lasts quite a while(15-20 days of training), they get really dirty, but the tackiness is still there.
used towels for a bit but gone back to Karakal super PU grips I put them over the original racket grip as i have too big hands for stock grip size and I find the karakal is the perfect thickness for me
I use Karakal grips, either the PU super or the Duo. They tend to last me about a month if I'm lucky.
