I'm trying to get my website sponsored by badminton equipment manufacturers (especially those who make rackets). The more companies I contact, the more likely I am to succeed. I'd really appreciate it if anyone could add to my list. Any badminton company qualifies, if it has money to spend on advertising So far I have the following list: BlackKnight Carlton (where is their website/general enquiries email?) Forza Gosen InFlight Joobong Karakal Kason Mizuno (do they make any badminton kit apart from shoes?) Pointfore Prince Pro-Ace Pro-Kennex SOTX Victor Wilson Winex Yang Yang Yehlex Yonex (Hi-Qua, Fleet, Pro-tech, and Apacs are all subsidiary brands of Yehlex.)
Tactic - http://www.tacticsport.com/enweb/product_highlight.html For Carlton - http://www.worldbadminton.com/carlton/company.html#contact
Yes, but maybe rare especially outside JP market. I was once told by a local player, that he saw a JP international student stopped by the gym, and she was using a Mizuno racket.
How could you have forgotten RSL too?! thye have been discussed so much here... Also I think HEAD makes badminton racket as well...
yeah, Head did venture into badminton starting september 2006... official global launch, this june 07.... so eager to touch and feel them...
Take a look at following links: http://www.mizuno.co.jp/badminton/racket/index.html http://www.mizuno.co.jp/badminton/event/index.html Zhao Jianhua is holding a Tetra Cross 700 Actually, Tetra Cross technology is something way advanced & expansive (Yonex only uses it in Golf clubs at this moment). And TC700 / TC500 rackets have lot of fans. They are very good rackets, even compared with ATs or NSs by Yonex. And here is a webstore with info / spec on them: http://ikkyu-new.com/bd/catalog/racket/b-choice-20000-.htm. They are not cheap at all. And for chinese readers, here you can find TC fans: http://bbs.168p.net/forumdisplay.php?fid=31 Enjoy...
just to add on to this... Mizuno is also a much larger sporting goods company than YY edit: I also read somewhere that Carlton is getting their website redesigned. should be up and running soon. Dunlop/Maxfli was the parent company, not sure if that includes Slazenger under the corporate umbrella as well
Kawasaki -www.kawasakijp.com Oliver -http://www.oliver-sport.com.cn/enbadminton/ Flexpro -http://www.flexpro.com.cn/english/ Bonny Toppro Ashaway -(strings.Dont know whether they also have rackets or not) RSL -(well known for their shuttles) Joerex ASTEC(Alan-Susi Tech) May all that be useful,sir..
Ashaway has shoes & racquets, but I can not remember link for the website... maybe one is Asian division, and one is American? Similar to Victor, with European line & Asian line...
Gollum... what do you mean when you mention XYZ brands are subsidiaries of Yehlex? To my knowledge, Postsky International is the OEM for Hiqua, along with a lot of other big names... I dont remember hiqua being owned by any company in particular Also I think there was a massive thread on this some years ago already....... I'll check the search and post a link.
But does babolat,a tennis apparels company, produces badminton apparels as well?As i never seen one..
Excellent, even more brands Thanks guys. As for the "Yehlex owning other brands", this is where I got the idea: http://www.yehlex.co.uk/aboutus.aspx
