Yes, I believe that's what it means because my Iso 76 VF says that on the racquet and inside the case, it says "Made in Taiwan." So I guess that's what TW means.

If it's made in Taiwan then it would be illegal (at least here in Europe) to state "Made in Japan" as you say it did...
Could it mean that it was made in Japan for the Taiwanese market?

Hey, all rackets say Made in japan! But they have SP or Tw or what ever nonsense on them!
