Welcome to BC Welcome back to the sport of badminton. After leaving for 10 years becare and don't push yourself too hard. Take it easy. I started up playing badminton after a being away from it for 10 years and the first week I twisted my ankle and pulled a muscle in my shoulder. Cheers, D-Man
