Hello!! Does anyone know a badminton shop in Tokyo? I would like to buy Yonex racket so I can start playing. I only know about an online store in Osaka (http://shuttle-house.com). I am staying in Nishikasai.

    Please help...

There's a store called, "Wembley" and "Windsor" located in Shibuya. Wembley is right next to the Mizuho Bank next to Shibuya Station, and Windsor is located on the opposite side of Shibuya Station. If you know where the police box is, walk past it and under the "bridge" (beneath the JR line) and on the left hand side of the road you'll see Mizuho Bank. The building to the left of that is Wembley on the 4th floor. Very small, but they only sell badminton stuff. For Windsor, I would ask Miyuki for more specific directions.

    Many shops in Tokyo

There are many badminton shops in Tokyo. Windsor in Okachimachi may be the closest from Nishikasai St. Go this list.

Some of them even offer free trial of rackets. Don't miss Spring Sale. You may get 50% off for old products, even Yonex.

Which model did you buy? how much did you pay? I'm going to Japan in late August. I wonder whether it's cheaper to buy racket in stores there or from the online shops such as: http://www.bbeshop.com/index_racket.htm ?

Was it on sale? How much is the tax? Is the racket the "JP" version?
