Hey guys, i am based in singapore. recently i just bought a extremepower nano matrix racket. I broke it in a game of doubles and to my amazment!!IT WAS HOLLOW INSIDE!!!:crying: :crying: :crying: ...i really felt cheated for paying $85 for that piece of crap. It also claims to have nano technology but i seriously doubt so. The person who sold this racket lives in yishun singapore, his username in this forum is extremenanopower. anybody have the same experience? Is there any laws to protect consumer rights? I think its really cheating people of their money by stating that it has nanotechnology, but its actually only a carbon graphite racket! WHAT A WAY TO EARN MONEY!
all i can say is that nano technology means that the racket is made out of carbon graphite but bonded with some nano stuff. a broken yonex nanospeed would look the same inside except that nanospeeds have some kind of foam inserted. that is why no one can proof that apacs or proace or any clonex is actually NOT using any nano technology.
I am not sure what you meant by hollow inside, all modern carbon graphite badminton rackets are made with tubes, therefore, they are all hollow inside.
no. Its TOTALLY hollow inside. No tubes, no foams at all. Its like only the shell of the racket. Its just like a racket with air inside. I saw a broken Proace nano9000speed racket before, It has a transparent tube in it. Do u guys think its really too much to fake the Technology they have for the racket? Its really cheating!
hi isben. i dun think its possible. Cause i threw it away 3 days ago. but i can try to find it back. Maybe they still have it at the sportshall bin?=)
Nay, just curious for all the rackets i broke from yonex,proace,hart,masuka,carlton... most got tube of something in the frame. I nearly bought the racket online from Yahoo acutions.
U mean u almost got a extremepower racket? Luckily you didnt. Dont get tricked into the way he describe his racket. He makes them sound like..."wa"...but actually its just a piece of crap. Ya, i know proace does have a tube inside. Hey fellow BCers, would anyone wanna share the cost of one extremepower racket? If its not hollow inside, i will return u guys your share of money. We will break it and show them that it is hollow inside. I should have took a photo of it but i threw the racket away in a fit of anger. By posting the pic on badmintoncentral, it will save alot of BCers from getting tricked into his flowery language. I really cant stand the underhand means that he use to make money.
you should ask the seller at first ........ and see his replying. if you have his number, then call him .....
ah.... i think u should keep the racket and u show to the seller before u throw away. Try yr best to find back and then u can see what he is going to do with it. but now u thrown away the racket, it is hard for him to explain ....
At least give him a bad ratings on yahoo if you bought it online. To warn others that the racket might be defective or worst misleading advertising.
might be fake Extreme power racket... you cant say anything if you dont have proof. so... better start looking in the dump.
Hmmm.... I think he has a few nicks in this forum. extreme_kaki xtremezn extremenanapowe extremeroxr Just read the posts those users made and you can figure they're the same person. Mostly ending with rgds, tks and . And also in the header of the posts he made. wat abt these?? Not too sure though. extremepwr newly registered nick. hmmm.... xtreim follows the trend of putting in the header/title of the thread.
whats with that extreme guy and making so many nicks?... ???? and i bet he is reading this thread right now.
So what if its hollow inside? The nanotech is presumably embedded in the actual graphite of the racket. So most rackets are "hollow". They might stick foam etc inside, but its just ordinary (non-nanotech foam) probably for vibration damping or something. I cant see what you have to complain about. Rackets always break.
