hi i was just wondering on how i can increase my pronation speed if that is possible i have been practicing pronation a lot and it increases my power enough for me to notice but i just want to know if its possible to increase it
Technique plays a big part in the speed and power. Tightening of the grip at the last moment. There are some exercises that strengthen the shoulder/rotator cuff. Rotator cuff is used to generate part of the power and speed. Do slowly at first and with low weights. Try to search online for the exercises. Strengthening the forearm also helps.
