Lots of people have said that skipping is a very good exercise for badminton, but how much skipping should I do every day?

10 mins non-stop would do. but, you can always go higher than that.

In training, once we were told to do 1 hour non-stop. Besides skipping i think another exercise that can really train the calves is calve raise.

Anyone do share your information about how to build stronger calves?

10-20 minutes is a good target especially if your mixing it up with other exercise.
