Pengcab had right to vote because of some Province have big badminton population and contribution (Province in Java).
If only Pengda who has right to vote, how is distribution number of votes every province ?

From Media Indonesia:

What is this guy talking abt????

I thought most fans here are pretty satisfied with 1 Gold, 1 Silver and 1 Bronzes we got in Beijing 2008, more than what we won in Athens 2004 anyway (1 Gold and 2 Bronzes). Our target were in MD and XD and we had 2 pairs securing Final placings. We also had a bonus of Maria Kristin winning a bronze. Still not satisfied and disappointed with the performances? OMG....
Another sign that some ppl higher-up in PBSI simply don't have a clue what are they talking abt....geez....

I think it's human nature: never satisfied.
You got 1 gold, you want 2. And so on, and so on...

true that!

...but maybe, there's no harm in pushing our players further by complaining excessively...perhaps its time for INA to target bigger goals instead of getting one or two golds from one or two sports only...the fact that the single gold medal was delivered through badminton says it all...its the only sport that we can actually compete with players world wide, we did well!...pengda's, pengcab's and so on should file their complaints toward other sports besides badminton that had failed to deliver medals

Please check with the PBSI people you know, Sandy... ever since the new AD/ART of 2005, 1 Pengda get one vote. There are 32 Pengda-s at this time. So, 32 total votes. Pengcab does not get to vote at that level.
As for the size of the badminton population... even though we all pretty much know that Java island has more players than other islands, but there is no official data to support this...
We have not done any census in recent memory... nor do we have any 'active badminton player' member data... [unlike the French Badminton Association and Badminton England]
That's true...
After 1 pretty wife, then how about 2 or 3?
These Pengda and Pengcab that we are talking about are Pengda PBSI and Pengcab PBSI, not KONI... Thus, they can only talk about badminton...

Yes, you're right... unfortunately...
Waaa... even after all those years in the US, you still know INA badminton world very well, Hau-ge... even to the complaining behaviour of our Pengda-s... You're actually absolutely correct about all this.
Note: they are annoying, but they are a fact of life in PBSI...

Alright, now we have:
Icuk, an ex-national shuttler;
Gen. Djoko Santoso, Commander-in-Chief of INA Armed Forces
;
Who's next?
More golds = more glory.
More wives = er... more trouble?

I got this from Media Indonesia:
Ganda Putri masih akan Dirombak
Penulis : Thalatie Yani
(Rin/OL-02)

Apparently, if those pairs don't show good result, more experiment will be conducted.
And they'll send more youngsters into int'l tourneys, esp. MS.
Good to hear that. Just make sure they have enough cash.

....remember those news/inputs during last year's meeting in SOLO?

Also Ricky has a backing that is willingly to build nice stadium for PENGDA ( mostly for badminton)....guess what? they wanted more money instead....whats the hell??
....PENGDA will not provide land for nice stadium......I bet that same complains will be addressed in next meeting....what a waste and ineffective way we build our INA badminton....!

Ha ha ha...

By the way, Hau-ge, the forces of good are well on the way to winning over the dark side... the end-battle will arrive soon...
After that, we hope a new era will start... this new era may not be the most glorious or the most glamorous, but it might be the most crucial in laying strong foundations for all of us...

Not just you... but virtually everybody who is decent-minded in INA badminton feel the same way...
I think the general concensus is that: if Icuk is selected as the new PBSI head, all the good people, coaches, and players will most probably quit being involved in PBSI...
In recent speeches, Icuk said that when he is the PBSI head, he will change the current power injustice, which include:
- domination of PB. Tangkas in the coaching staff....
- Most of the coaches and players are either not from the correct race or correct religion... [the usual pre-reformation hate-profiling]

So, he is openly targeting:
Lius Pongoh, Christian Hadinata, Hendrawan, Marleve Mainaky, Richard Mainaky, Aryono Minarat, Mulyo, etc. And in the end will probably target the players that fit his hate-profile: Simon Santoso, Maria Kristin, Nova Widianto, Hendra Setiawan, Lily Natsir, Yonathan Suryatama, Vita Marissa, Greysia Polii, etc.
