LCS is too old, unfortunately yes. But... too nice? Whoa... Dunno why, but she gives me this "super scary/strict grandma" look, e.g. "50 push-ups for each mistakes you make!"

Looking at Kejurnas result and past 1 year performance, I am almost sure Firda and probably Febe will be out of pelatnas.
For MS, I think Thomas Cup still need Simon. The top 4 singles player for TC will still be the seniors, Tommy, Hayom, Sony and Simon. They are still far ahead of the younger players.

If INA wanted to revive their glories in badminton, they should start working on physicality aspect (Power, speed, stamina). All INA players, including juniors and seniors, are way behind CHN on this department.
Just look at how an 16 years old He Bing Jiao demolished INA decent WS: Hera Desi.
Need obvious example? Look at Lin Dan and LCW muscles and build, compare to any INA MS.

True, especially for singles players. Definitely China started at very early age to develop the physical aspect.
It is hard to catch up in the seniors.

Indonesian coaches, parents, clubs, PBSI need to see the different of top world Men Single legs build: Chen Long, Lin Dan, DPY, LCW. Compare them to Hayom, Simon, Taufik, Tommy, Sony. Only Sony and Tommy come close. Too bad Sony was hampered too often with injuries while Tommy is not gifted with talent like LCW or LD or Taufik or even Hayom.
I see only Jonatan that well prepared in this physical aspect since his early age, while Ihsan, Fikri, Bayu, and even Riyanto and Vito physical profile is more to be like Hayom, while they didn't possess Taufik's talent. So, expect them to be mediocre only in future.
