Would like to find a way to improve on my biceps muscle near the elbow joints, cause the area will be painful everytime I play badminton more than once a week. It will not be a problem if i dun play badminton or rest but once if i strain that part of muscle during badminton matches the pain will come out again. Any suggestion or recommendation, just starting to use elbow band to prevent injuring the elbow.
sounds like you arent using the right grip on the rackethandle it can strain or create injury to your albow. All intructional badminton videos are free on this site www.ibbs.tv till june 7 or something. Watch the grip clip and you will have no pain if you do as he says . Have a nice day !
