Yonex shoe size confusion

I'm interested in buying a pair of badminton shoes, esp the Yonex SHB71, but there aren't many central London shops which stock these shoes regularly for me to try them on. So I may have to buy them online!

The trouble with buying shoes online is that you never know how well they fit until you get them and it is too late.

Those Yonex sizes... presumably for the UK market, they are quoted for UK sizes, but what does a female with size 5.5 feet (or 6) do???? Sizes for men and women are quoted differently.

Any advice would be appreciated.
