The charts states that it's neither head heavy nor head light. Smack bang in the middle.

So then shouldn't it state it is even balanced ?

What it means is that on the right is the repulsive rackets that give u more power and allows u to feed of the power of the other person as well
Hold means that the racquet holds the shuttle on the string bed longer and therefore you are able to control the shuttle better and easier

can some one clarify whats hold means?

It is the opposite of replusion
While repulsion allows the shutle to fire of the strings at speed hold means that the shuttle is kept on the stringbed for a longer time and therefore you get more control and accuracy which means that the arcs 7,9,10 racquets allow you to control the shutle whereas the nanospeeds let the shuttle fire of the strings
Hope that helps

I have ti10 gen 2nd, it's written even balance.
Ti10 so far have 3 version, their spec are the same, i guess.. But few people said 1st and 3rd gen tend to a little more head heavy than 2nd gen.
But the color a little bit diffret, 1st gen tend to black, 2nd gen yellow, 3rd gen purple.
