That is just brutal! My guess is you hit really hard or you hit the floor really hard. Sorry about your racquet man.

hi frens, was having a doubles game and the shuttle was cleared to about a little front of the long service line for doubles..

so i was covering the back when the return came.. naturally i went to receive the return. it was a very good chance to attack and so i did a jump (smash).

but when i jumped, i was totally focused on the shuttle and didn't notice my partner moving back and raise his racquet wanting to get the return. so when i swung the racquet, all then i heard was a hard clash, and i didn't know whether i hit the shuttle.

so naturally the first thing i did was check my racquet. this racquet had survive many clashes but with this shot it ended its life.

my guess is i when i swung down i hit my racquet with my partners racquet, and the follow through action hit his head. luckily he's alright, just a little sore over the wack from a broken racquet.. no blood spilled.

    yea.. that's how it happened..
it was strung with bg80 at 24~25lbs.. not very high though

i deeply appricate the condolences my frens..
