That is just brutal! My guess is you hit really hard or you hit the floor really hard. Sorry about your racquet man.
Wow!! Any details on how it happend? Or maybe detials which are being withheld which may have contributed to the breakage?!
hi frens, was having a doubles game and the shuttle was cleared to about a little front of the long service line for doubles.. so i was covering the back when the return came.. naturally i went to receive the return. it was a very good chance to attack and so i did a jump (smash). but when i jumped, i was totally focused on the shuttle and didn't notice my partner moving back and raise his racquet wanting to get the return. so when i swung the racquet, all then i heard was a hard clash, and i didn't know whether i hit the shuttle. so naturally the first thing i did was check my racquet. this racquet had survive many clashes but with this shot it ended its life. my guess is i when i swung down i hit my racquet with my partners racquet, and the follow through action hit his head. luckily he's alright, just a little sore over the wack from a broken racquet.. no blood spilled. yea.. that's how it happened.. it was strung with bg80 at 24~25lbs.. not very high though i deeply appricate the condolences my frens..
was strung at abt 25 to 25 pounds... clashed with another racquet... #8 post shows whaht happened.. heart broken..
